Shelby has been playing power soccer for the Hot Shots for almost 8 years! She is 20 years old and lives with her family near Greenfield. Shelby was born with Spina Bifida, which makes most sports challenging for her. Power soccer has become a place where she can be fully included.

When Shelby joined the Hot Shots, she was willing to try something new. Power soccer has given her confidence. She is a wing for the team, and is central to the team’s success on and off the court.. When asked what difference power soccer made in her life Shelby said “not feeling left out.”
